Aller sidste stop i Australien

De sidste par dage i Sydney er fløjet afsted. Vi har bla. gået en tur over Harbour Bridge og set området The Rocks. The Rocks består af flotte gamle bygninger, hvor der er masser at cafeer, resturanter, hyggelige butikker og de lidt dyre af slagsen er her også. Vi fandt markedet i området, så her spiste vi vores frokost. Vi fandt også vej til Darling Harbour og Sydney Aqarium, hvor vi brugte et par timer blandt fiskene. Om søndagen var vi på Paddys marked (Paddys marked var faktisk det første vi så, da vi ankom til Sydney for første gang i April) for at købe et nyt kamera hylster og andre småting til New Zealand. Forbi Botanisk have en sidste gang var vi også. Her slog vi os ned og nød udsigten ud over vandet, Operahuset og Harbour Bridge. Vi får aldrig nok af denne udsigt, og vi smutter nok også lige der ned igen i aften inden vi i nat tager ud til lufthavnen.

Vi har haft nogle fantastiske måneder i Australien. Vi har mødt nogle søde mennesker, både australier, men helt klart også andre backpacker som vi har delt hyggelige timer sammen med. Vi glæder os enormt meget til at skulle køre rundt i vores camper på New Zealand og se den fantastiske natur. Men ja, hvordan siger man lige farvel på den rigtige måde til et land, hvor man har haft så mange oplevelser. Vi har prøvet på denne måde (der må godt grines) =o)

· At the Easter Show we worked so hard - but the money good and what a great start!
· Two months ago we left this farm, we miss it - it has such a charm.
· The family we got to know this fall - was a great experince after all!
· First we went to Ayers Rock - climbed it all the way to the top.
· Snorkling at the Great Barrier Reef, wow amazing - no Sharks, what a relief!
· Then we went sailling the Whitsundays, a luxury cruise - there are no other ways.
· Fraser has lakes, a beach thats 75 mile, 4 WD and sandunes - memories will last fore a while
· Along the way we bought a didgeridoo, went to Australia Zoo and tuched a kangaroo.
· On our way, we stopped in Byron Bay.
· Had the best "national" dish - of course it was Chips and Fish
· New clothes and shoes it had to be - an opera we were going to se
· Back in Sydney, time goes fast - soon Australia will be the past.
· So many places we in short time have seen - from dry bush to forest so green.
· Now to New Zealand it goes early spring - we want to se were Frodo dropped the ring! =o)
